Dr. Ashmeet Nagpal (PhD)

I have been seeing her regularly for the last 3 years. She is very kind, compassionate and holds deeper understanding of impact of my childhood traumatic experiences in my day-to-day struggles. I truly appreciate her expertise in handling my psychological problems. When I signed up for therapy, I was willing to see the truth of who I’m and what the world around me is. I always felt that she holds her best interest for me even when she held a mirror to compassionately show me my flaws and has taught me to embrace them. My family, friends and I see a lot of change in me over the last 3 years. I attribute 50% of my successful growth to her skills while I take 50% of credits for showing up at each therapy session courageously to introspect myself with her assistance.

I found Dr. Ashmeet compassionate and insightful. She helped me discover different facets of myself and my relationships that have changed the way I think and respond. Most importantly her focus on emotions helped me overcome my paralysing anxiety by recognising the feelings I used to suppress.

she is more quite responsible. after creating a mess in a session she dint bother to get back like she said she would. she had to talk to another doctor and she said she will get back but she dint. after a month I called her and she said the same that she ll get back after talking to the other doctor and again she never got back to me. she was trying to avoid us. ** *** ***** ** ********* ** ****** *** ***** *** ******** *** **** ** *** *** extremely disappointed. *** **** ****** *** **** **** ** *** ****** ** **** ** ****
