I consulted this clinic for my recurring lower back pain due to long working hours at office. The clinic is located on ground floor just opp to the BDA park behind Hennur Banaswadi Cosmopolitan Club. Though the setup does not look very fancy, the clinic is well equipped and had machines/instruments for exercise and therapy. The place is clean and has homely ambience.

Dr. Archi was very polite and patient in hearing my problem. He asked me many questions about my working habits and work place ergonomics to ascertain the causes of my pain. He sounded quite knowledgeable in his approach to bring out the underlying factors causing pain.

After assessment, he corrected my working posture and explained how I should position my laptop, desk & chair height, lower back support, keyboard/mouse etc to ensure that even working for long hrs cause less impact. He made me do exercises and showed me the right way to do it. He also suggested not to take any pain killers as this can be cured by regular therapy & exercise. I felt

improvement on day 1 itself and continued for 4 more sessions. Mostly ppl do not go through complete treatment and skip after 1-2

sessions feeling they are cured and that I feel is the main cause that pain recurs. Its almost 3 weeks now and I did not get the pain after his treatment. My experience was quite satisfying with this doctor. Moreover, the charges are pretty nominal for the personalized attention, care and time given for treatment.

PS: The clinic also has a female doctor for lady patients.

I've been treated by Dr. Archi Shubhra Paul for the past 4 months on regular basis. I have had a stroke that affected my balance in movements. My natural ability to walk had been impaired as well as one of my limbs became slightly numb and insensitive.

I have a great experience with Mr. Archi. I went to Recovia after giving multiple trials in other physiotherapy centers for my shoulder pain and stiffness, which developed after a cervical lymph node excision. Mr. Archi was able to assess my problem and he put me on right treatment modalities. He is extremely professional, very patient, and *** * **** ********* *** experience in this area. Dr Archi is a “thorough” physiotherapist. I know him for over 2 years, have consulted him in two different episodes so far. Apart from his services, what I particularly like about him is the way he explains “mechanics” of pain & recovery. I bet not many can explain this well. This actually helps in the recovery, as the patient gets well aware about how recovery works & how she/he can do about it (exercise, postures, movements, rest, etc).

I had a humerus fracture two years back and had to undergo surgery. I was having muscle atrophy after keeping the arm in a sling for so long and I lost some movement and there was acute pain for certain movements. I had visited many physiotherapists before but all of them suggested doing the routine exercises without identifying the root cause of the pain. Finally I went to Recuvia and started the treatment for the pain that was due to the muscle inflammation which has greatly reduced the pain , and then started the strengthening exercises which improved overall strength of the arm.

Excellent experience with then doctor. He was able to understand my condition and provide treatment accordingly. I am seeing improvement in my condition. Recovia was a great experience . They treated the problem well by diagnosing the root cause and also guided as in correcting out sitting postures during working hours .
