I consulted this clinic for my recurring lower back pain due to long working hours at office. The clinic is located on ground floor just opp to the BDA park behind Hennur Banaswadi Cosmopolitan Club. Though the setup does not look very fancy, the clinic is well equipped and had machines/instruments for exercise and therapy. The place is clean and has homely ambience.

Dr. Archi was very polite and patient in hearing my problem. He asked me many questions about my working habits and work place ergonomics to ascertain the causes of my pain. He sounded quite knowledgeable in his approach to bring out the underlying factors causing pain.

After assessment, he corrected my working posture and explained how I should position my laptop, desk & chair height, lower back support, keyboard/mouse etc to ensure that even working for long hrs cause less impact. He made me do exercises and showed me the right way to do it. He also suggested not to take any pain killers as this can be cured by regular therapy & exercise. I felt

improvement on day 1 itself and continued for 4 more sessions. Mostly ppl do not go through complete treatment and skip after 1-2

sessions feeling they are cured and that I feel is the main cause that pain recurs. Its almost 3 weeks now and I did not get the pain after his treatment. My experience was quite satisfying with this doctor. Moreover, the charges are pretty nominal for the personalized attention, care and time given for treatment.

I've been treated by Dr. Archi Shubhra Paul for the past 4 months on regular basis. I have had a stroke that affected my balance in movements. My natural ability to walk had been impaired as well as one of my limbs became slightly numb and insensitive.

Now, after his continuing committed visits (I'm grateful to him), I'm able to walk better and steady, and I feel my whole body is regaining its strength and a noticeable balance.
