I was undergoing some anxiety and depression issuesms Aparna bought some light to the darkness of my life she changed my life her treatment was very helpful and she is a wonderful and friendly psychologist I hve ever met I will never forget her in my life
When the COVID-19 lock-down started, we as a couple started facing lots of issues & were on the verge of breakup/divorce. We have a daughter and the we never realized our daily fights were affecting her too very badly.
She connects well with her patients. Makes it very comfortable. And the part that I loved about her is that she really listens to the patient and won't mind getting interrupted. Also she is firm at places where needed. I got a lot of false situations in my life solved by her. I would recommend her strongly. It's not a taboo to see a therapist and she really made me feel that.
I was suffering from depression and anxiety from close to 15 years due to personal trauma and relationship issues. Aparna helped me to understand what it can do to us, and how it affects our own life as well as our closed ones. She made me fight with it and come out of it. Still there are few things which we are working on and i am sure i will be able to deal with it.
