My anxiety was really bad and she made me feel better from the very first session by challenging my negative thoughts and making me realise it's just all in my head. I can talk to her about anything and ask questions to clear my doubts. She is very patient and does not rush to end the session. She takes time to listen and explain my problems thoroughly.
