Ms. Anuradha Palit (PT)

Anuradha has a very effective style of helping with problems. She is an active listener, does not jump to conclusions, probes gently and pin points the deep rooted and underlying issues in our psyche. Her techniques helped me understand the why, how and what of my problems and how to solve them. I am dealing with childhood trauma caused by my experience of a dysfunctional family. Therapy is a long term process and it takes years to solve our psychological problems. I thank Anuradha for helping me survive an acute trauma on which I am still working.
