I went to Dr. Ambika for my hand pain. I am a teacher by profession and correcting answerscripts for a prolonged period of time and so developed this pain. Iam suffering from this pain since a year. She is friendly and good in diagnosing and she told, it is curable with sessions, correct posture and with regular exercises. She taught me few exercises that should be done on a regular basis. Also corrected my sitting posture. I followed her instructions and started doing it. Iam getting good results and able to do paper corrections with ease. She taught me some exercises and gave me ultrasound treatment that gave me a great relief and helped in pain reduction,

Gradually the pain reduced and i completely got cured within three days, I have included those exercises in my daily routine.

I consider myself very lucky to have met Mrs. Ambika… for years I was suffering with pain in my shoulders and upper back, as well as a radiating pain in my lower body which had not been properly diagnosed. Mrs. Ambika immediately realized what the issue was and provided treatment with the TENS machine to resolve the pain. She also taught me a number of exercises to help strengthen the weak areas. The excruciating pain was gone in a week, and within 3 weeks (12 sessions) I can say that 90% of my pain is gone. I am certain continuing to practice the exercises will help eliminate the rest of the pain.

Mrs. Ambika is so kind, caring, and patient, not to mention incredibly smart. She is someone who genuinely cares about her patients and wants to see them recover quickly. She has even started helping me resolve another health issue which could potentially be resolved with these exercises. I feel very positive and strong after my physiotherapy sessions and am so grateful for her help 🙏
