I met Dr Afzal, till then I have met multiple orthopedic doctors and gone through multiple treatments of taking pain killer, doing certain exercise, etc etc...but none of the doctor were able to provide the reason of the injury nor the pain subsided...Dr Afzal started the session and I started feeling the relief from the second session itself...he never used to rush on the treatment to attend another patient..he was very professional at his work and was very simple at his explanation...I followed the exercise post the sessions for almost a month and now I am perfectly fine. I didn't write a feedback immediately after my treatment as I wanted to wait and see if the pain reappears as I went through it in past with other doctors hence I am writing this feedback almost after 3 months...I am back to cricket at full!
I strongly suggest Dr Afzal for his physiotherapy treatment.

i had severe ankle pain i was not able to move because of this. i visited Dr. Afzal , He suggested some manual Mobilization and taping for a week. i felt much relieved in couple of sessions. Now i am planning to go for 5k marathon under his supervision. Thanks alot Doctor for motivating n giving me so much confidence

I fully recovered after 10 sessions and started seeing major improvements after just 2 sessions. The doctor was good with analysis of the issue and had good insight of the sports related injuries. Recommends and makes you do the stretches required for your recovery.
