I went for the diet consultation with the doctor for my weight loss. I visited her when I was 69 Nd she guaranteed that if I follow the diet chart provided by her strictly ,I will surely loose the weight. Now am so happy that I have reached 59 kgs which was my target and in just 3 months of time.
