I consulted Dr Aravind Gubbi regarding problem of heavy Gastritis one month back. The way the doctor greets the patient itself makes one feel at home; I am happy that in this age such doctors still exist!!! . He recommended me to do endoscopy (since I had history of duodenal ulcers), and reassured me that things are under control. He explained me the reason why I am getting this problem (in layman terms) and prescribed me medicines for the same. Currently, after one month of treatment,I feel far better than earlier. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone suffering with GI problems.
*** ****** ** **** ** *********explanation of the disease and treatment but i was completely dissatisfied with the behavior of the staff. As a matter of fact, they completely lack in Politeness & attentiveness towards the customers/patients and also they are rude too.
Doctor was very friendly and could diagnose the problem easily. His words really helps a lot to get better
I came across Dr. Gubbi’s clinic on Google itself. Reading the many positive reviews, I decided to go to him despite the fact that it was farther away from the many other, relatively nearer Doctors. I am writing this review for the benefit of the reader so that he may, on the basis of this genuine, impartial feedback if not a review, refer Dr. Gubbi. I have had 2 appointments with him and he is a jovial yet patient Doctor. He greeted me enthusiastically which made my job as a patient easier to convey my problems. There are very few Doctors who make eye contact with their patients, Dr. Gubbi is one of them. He attentively listened to all my problems. He then went on to tell me what the problem was, what medicine he was prescribing and more importantly told me what the medicines would actually do in order to cure my problem. Never have I ever met a Doctor explain the whole process so simplistically as if more than the disease, the patient was the priority. I was given a weeks time for a follow-up in case my situations didn’t improve. The medicine worked wonders initially. Though he advised me to get back via whatsapp message or facetime so that I don’t have to physically be present, I decided to meet him in person. He changed my medication and after a few personal dietary changes along with those medicines, I am doing well. I recommend Dr. Gubbi for his professionalism and medical ethics. Just a humble submission to anyone visiting him, his consultation fee for the followup is less within the time-period of 7 days from the day of first appointment. This means that if you see him for followup after 7 days, you will be charged the same amount as you were for the first appointment.. . To avoid the hassle, I would request you to get the followup on whatsapp or through video calling. I hope this helps anyone in distress.
