Doctor Roopa Bhushan and Manish Joshi and the G I Team are an excellent group. Doctor Roopa suggested appropriate tests to diagnose my problem. The course of medicine she suggested for my Acidity problem was quite effective and the second consultation she said I will not need further medication. She also helped me to take up other issues with the Urologist team. Swarna's followup with the the patients is commendable. Great team work. The best part is the doctors and the support in the G I team are easily accessible over phone or email or other means of communication which normally is not the case in other hospitals. Thank you very much.

She was very clear with the issue that had occurred and what should be done next. There are no issues with the doctors at TWH however Management needs an improvement big time. It is really not required to make everything compulsory to register/get a freaking file/ pay and go through all of it.
The Radiology/scanning and MRI departments maintenance staff needs to improve.
They just keep the patients waiting for really long to get the tests done!

I found Dr Anjana on mfine app back in April mid .. and she has been a blessing .. the lockdown was a way of reminding me to face my issues which I kept bottling up and ignoring..
