Patient has to provide Govt ID (Aadhar card/ Pan card/ Voter ID/ Passport) which is mandatory.

Q: How can I get a discharge summary?

A: Discharge summary will be provided at the time of discharge. The same will be also explained to the Patient / Attendants by the nursing team.

Q: Can a family member spend a night with the Patient? Will this be at an extra cost?

A: Single family member / attendant can stay in the hospital. There are no additional costs.
