I had severe Kidney stone pain from one week and I visited many so called big hospitals and i didnt get proper explanation and solution for the problem. Then I visited Ratkals Rescue Hospital, here Dr CS Ratkal sir explained the problem calmly and suggested URS surgery later I was admitted on same day for surgery carried by Dr CS Ratkal and Dr Vishal Ratkal sir and next day I got discharged. Within a day my pain relieved and I was back to normal.

I got a bilateral orchidopexy done at this hospital and I was extremely impressed by the Dr Vishal and Dr C S Ratkal's quick thinking about the diagnosis and expertise in performing the surgery just in time to save a vital part of my body. Post surgery I was warmly comforted by the anesthesiologist Dr Suvarna who along with the brilliant hospital staff fulfilled all my needs. Dr. Vishal Sir was very well treated me. sir has analysed me with great care.. identified the health problem perfectly and accurately. My very satisfied with his way of treatment.. he went according to the report and gave limited medication, which solved the issue.. I thank him a lot.

I visited Dr Vishal Ratkal because I had issue with my Penis where the foreskin wasn't moving freely due to which intercourse was painful process. I visited almost 99-100% rated top doctors listed on Practo but they all said I've phimosis & foreskin need to be removed through surgery. After losing hope, I visited Dr Vishal Ratkal. He on the first visit ruled out I neither have Phimosis nor para phimosis. he said I need to undergo frenuloplasty where they remove extra foreskin attached to penis head which makes the movement of foreskin easy. So I underwent surgery & it went fine and I was discharged in 1 day.I'm so much thankful & grateful to Dr Vishal Ratkal & his father. Both are excellent. Don't even think twice that hospital is far & outskirts of Bengaluru. They're best. They know what they're doing. They're not like other top hospitals who always wants to earn money.

Despite booking appointment in advance we waited for 2 hours to meet the doctor .

The doctor wouldn't even listen to the complete problem and was hasty to send us away after writing prescription.

The doctor or the assistant didn't care to explain what the medication was for .

We couldn't read what the doctor wrote in the prescription. Upon asking why something was written we were taken out by the assistant to the pharmacy and were told to buy just given the medicines .

The clinic forces a grbs test for everyone and a blanket multi vitamin tablet and there is no reasoning given to the patient on why they are required .

Thank you so much for the great care and surgery you performed on me,the way you talk to patients superb You and your son have made such a great things for me,I am feeling much better, and I appreciate all you have done but there is no proper communication between hospital staffs and patients, they make us to wait for more than 7 hours to remove the stent.

Good interaction expect the doctor to explain more elobatately ,like causes results aftereffects,and so on. otherwise ok hopefully the treatment gives good results.
