Dr Ruchi is an amazing person I had a really good experience talking with Dr Ruchi so I contacted Dr Ruchi for my throat problem I had this problem from past four days and I was not able to get out of it though I was taking some tablets which I had in my house but it was not solving my problem that’s where I contacted Dr Ruchi through Practo And Dr Ruchi solve it like magic I mean she gave tablet she gave antibiotics she gave medicines and she listen to my problem with great patience and then she prescribed all the medicines to me and it was solved within 2 to 3 days

I took my mother to Dr. Suma Raju at Narayana Multispecialty Hospital, HSR Layout for a routine check-up. What impressed me was the way Dr. Suma spoke with my mother. Even though it was our first visit, she spoke with us like we were family. When we asked about my mother’s creatinine levels, Dr. Suma managed to ease off my mother’s worries instantly. Dr. Suma is much more than a competent Doctor. She is a fine human being, compassionate, and really concerned about her patients. She is extremely patient and gives her advice calmly. She explains everything clearly and she does not hesitate to answer any number of questions. Even if it is anything other than nephrology, she is willing to give general advice. A meeting with Dr. Suma does not give you the feeling that you are at a hospital. An excellent Doctor, I highly recommend Dr. Suma Raju.

Unfriendly staff at the reception. The boy at the reception was rude and not willing to guide. I tried to understand a few things regarding my health check up recommended by the doctor; he asked me to read the recommendations properly before calling because he did not have time. When I asked some pointed questions, he gave some hazy answers and asked me to visit the hospital again. It was a miserable experience. I finally decided to take my health check up somewhere else.. I had a very bad experience at the Phoenix hospital where the doctor sits.. having said that, the doctor was good. So my recommendation is don't visit the hospital because they don't have time for the patient.

She is an experienced doctor and understood my problem looking at my historical reports. She did not advice multiple tests uselessly as most of the information was available in my historical reports. She explained very clearly about the existing condition as to why i was getting this recurrent problem. Not only did she prescribe ******* medication, she also recommended me home remedies which will help in avoiding it from occurring again. She was very friendly and patient and did not rush through the consultation. I strongly recommend her for any ENT consultations in and around HSR Layout.
