Consulted Dr. Manjunath M (Neurologist) for Neurological Problems
Happy with:Â Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for moneyWait time
I took my father to manipal hospital in the year 2018. My father was a Craniopharyngioma(Brain Tumor) exsicion patient since 2005. Till 2017 my father was treated by other neurologist in some other reputed hospital. In the year 2018 his condition got worse. He had 90 percent loss of memory and mobility issues. The doctor from the other reputed hospital couldn't identify the root cause. We had no hopes of my father survival. At last we went to manipal hospital. Luckily we chose Dr Manjunath. I think he is God for us. He went through the patient past history. He patiently treated my father. Of course he had to start from scratch with his medications. My father was terminally ill. We slowly got little hopes of his survival. The severity of the illness was to such an extent, he was hospitalized four times in the span of 6 months. It's very challenging to retrieve mobility and trust me doctor successfully retrieved both mobility and 90 percent lost memory. Doctor used to visit even on sundays. He is such an amazing doctor. He listen to the events occurred very carefully. Retrieving 90 percent memory is not a joke at the age of 65. It's challenging and yes the doctor did it. Doctor tried to find the root cause in every way, from doing all kinds of tests to sending samples to nimhans hospital (for spl tests). Hats off to you sir. My father is an Rtd Police officer. He is doing well since 2018. My father is having regular consultation with the doctor. I highly recommend doctor for any neurological issues. Writing the reviews from Ireland.
Consulted Dr. Neha Mishra (Infectious Diseases Physician )
Sometime really we can feel Doctors are just next to God. I’m not a very much feedback writing person. Still I would like to share my experience of the most difficult journey of my life . My wife was seven months pregnant and she was detected Corona positive. I would like to thank God that She came under the treatment of Dr Neha. Somehow I have managed a bed in Manipal and the Treatment started. I am really thankful to Dr. Neha, she shared her personal number and being so busy in the pandemic situation she always replied all my concerns and doubts. I was really under pressure coz the case was too critical and question was of two life and One was growing inside. Dr. Neha more than medicine always inject positivity and confidence into my wife and I think that worked most in her case. After some days she got discharged and now we are blessed with a baby boy. I must say both my wife and my child blessed with such a nice doctor like Dr Neha. Mam,thanks is not enough for all your help, it is much more than that what you did for us.

Consulted Dr. Shalina Ray (ENT/ Otorhinolaryngologist) for EaracheEar Wax (Cerumen) Removal
Hoped for better:Â Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for money
Visited Manipal hospital for ear pain and consulted Dr. Shalini who was available.
Doctor is not approachable nor friendly, does not explain the issue or medications prescribed. She said that there is debri in the ear and needs to be removed. During the procedure, Dr was snapping at the nurse to get some instruments, commenting that there is so much debri. All this really made me panic and I couldnt tolerate the pain during the procedure. Dr could have been more calm, made patients feel more relaxed and put patients at ease while doing the procedure. When I moved and couldn't stay still because of the pain, she was rude, stopped the procedure and said to come after a week to remove the rest of the debri. The medicines to be taken were explained by the nurse, this should have explained by the doctor. * **** ****** *** ********* **** *** **** *** ********* *** * ********* *********** *** *** ********** *** *** ********* ***** ******* *** *** ********** *** ****** * *** ** *** ********** *** **** ** ***** **** *** ** *** **** ****** *** ********* *** ****** ********** ***** ** *** ******
