Hoped for better: Treatment satisfactionExplanation of the health issueValue for moneyWait time
The first time visit to the doctor was good she was patience and told us to do some test. For Consecutive visit we have to wait for more than 3 hrs to meet her. She insists on doing all lab test there itself. We did and spend close to 13k just for test prescribed by her. The main test report was of AMH value which shows the percentage chances of getting pregnant and the value shown in lab was .022 which is way beyond normal, ******** ***** *** ** ******* ** * ******* ** *** ******** **** **** ****** **** after seeing this value she told it's Normal only and recommend some other test. In leiu time we went to our native place and consulted another doctor and she told that this value may be wrong and to do another test in any other lab for reconfirmation. We did another AMH test and the value comes out to be 9.81 which is way much different than the lab test of Cambridge hospital. After this we never visited Cambridge and will not recommend any other patients. Finally, we got pregnant naturally and now we are consulting another doctor for pregnancy.
I would say to all those couples who wants to get pregnant please check twice any lab test if you have doubt and then only go for assisted pregnancy. It may save a lot of money and trouble.

Firstly Thank you for choosing Belle Vue''s Cambridge Hospital as your preferred Health Care Center in Bangalore. We have read all the comments about and we greatly appreciate that you took the time to write them, as your satisfaction is our main priority..It is very important for us that your experiences are shared.
As the patient says the doctor was good. The next visit was unavoidable that she had to wait for a few hours to meet her, as it’s known that ours is not only a Infertility Center but a Maternity home as well and Patients can go into labour at any time and we will have to be available to attend to any and every Emergency which happens ever so often in a hospital that handles regular pregnancies.
As far as the lab investigations are concerned, we do not impose any hard and fast rule on the patient to do all the tests in our Center but it is only a matter of convenience for them to get things done under one roof if the choose to do so. They could most definitely always get them done at any competent lab outside and produce their reports.
On the contrary, to the claim of the amount of 13000/- spent towards investigations, we have gone through the records which shows that patient had spent 2800/- only on the lab investigations.
As for the AMH report showing low values, only AMH is not the deciding criteria for low fertility. The combined findings of U/S (AFC – antral follicular count) and hormonal assay, help come to a conclusion on future fertility. May be, her AFC was normal on U/S, so the doctor would have said the findings are normal and a possible repeat of AMH for further management. Unfortunately the patient did not follow up.
Congratulations on your conception and may you have a safe and happy pregnancy. God Bless.
