We explained that this procedure was going to be aggressive and our last resort. We are positive that we never gave you any unrealistic expectations and indeed warned about the return of pigmentation gradually over a period of 6 weeks. Yes, your re pigmentation took longer than usual and we humbly accept that our estimation wasn’t accurate in your case. But this process can be unpredictable and varies from skin to skin.
