It is here he was exposed to rheumatology working in a rheumatology unit for 3 years. He further pursued his DM in Clinical Immunology from JIPMER, Pondicherry which is an institute of national importance. He later worked as Assistant Professor in Clinical Immunology at the same institute. He has numerous publications to his credit in national & international journals. He has also made several oral and poster presentations in both regional, national and international conferences.
