Mr. Varun Kaul

Mr. Varun is a counselling psychologist with an M.Sc in Counselling Psychology from Montfort College, Bangalore. He has also received certification in Life Coaching, REBT, CBT, NLP and Couples Therapy. He has worked with Human Dynamic, a leading EAP, where he provided counselling & training (workshops) services to companies like Google, HSBC and Proctor & Gamble. Varun has extensive experience in working with students and young adults and has counselled in Garden City College, Indian academy, Lake Montfort School, St. Joseph College and Christ University. He has also taught in the psychology department of Christ University and is associated with EAP’s and clinics as their affiliate or consultantMr. Varun follows an integrated approach as he believes he must understand the person before to know which style of therapy would work best. Some of the major issues he has dealt with include: all kinds of academic issues, mental disorders (complimenting psychiatric treatment), relationship issues, self-esteem issues, peer pressure issues, career-related issues, family issues, depression/sadness, life confusions (meaning, hobbies, self image/esteem etc) and many more. He enjoys listening to music. Understanding human behavior is both his hobby and passion.
