I had a consultation yesterday and overall found the experience quite satisfactory. The doctor's way of talking was calm, polite and reassuring which made me feel comfortable throughout the interaction. They maintained a respectful tone and listened patiently without interrupting.

In terms of communication, the doctor ecplained things in a clear and simple manner. This made it easy for me to understand my condition, possible cauded and recommended next steps.

What stood out most was their sbility to understand my health related issues. They paid attention to my symptoms asked relevant follow up questions and showed genuine concernd. It felt like they were carefully assessing my condition rather than rushing through the consultation.
