Overall experience was really nice. The doctor is really very friendly and treatment went on smoothly. And the treatment was also cheap so therefore i will recommend everyone to visit .
He is very good at diagnosis and prescribed me a correct medicine. He also explained me the precautions to be taken for allergic reaction.
Unfortunately, the doctor didn't seek medical history for the patient before prescribing medicines. *** ** *** ********* ********** *** * ***** **************** ** * ********* *** ******* *** ********* **** ** ********* * ***** *** ** *** ******** **** ***** * *** ****** **** ********* Practo helpline was also absolutely no use in resolving the issue. Operator Sumaiah just kept sending generic statements for half an hour, with no resolution in sight, and kept pushing a coupon in my face while I asked them to make sure this experience isn't repeated for anyone else. He also said a refund isn't possible because it's a follow-up appointment -- while the fact is, it was my first appointment with this doctor, so definitely not a follow up. This whole experience has just been so incredibly disappointing.
