Visited yesterday and here is what i experienced.

I was having a bad toothache for almost 2 months but was scared to visit a clinic specifically due to this corona virus situation. However got to know about Sakthi Smile through some references and did some initial google and finally decided to take a plunge in the situation. I was amazed by the kind of precaution they are taking for covid situation. They literally have a machine installed write at the door which blows high velocity sanitizing air and they ask you to turn around 360 degrees to complety sanitize you and your clothes. I checked later with them and found that this is completely safe with your skin. The next step is they ask you to take out your shoes and then they sanitize your feet and check your temperature. Post which they check your pulse and oxygen level through an oximeter.

The doctors and staffs are following ultra hygiene steps to make sure nothing goes wrong. Not to mention but ofcourse they are all equipped with masks, gloves and on top of that PPE suits as well...Honestly speaking the covid management being done by these guys is amazing and as a patient I felt extremely safe. Checked with the doctors and found they have plans to even start some kind of initial rapid antigen tests for all patients so that no stone is left unturned.

Now the experience with doctor was Like I went smiling and came out smiling. I went through root canal and filling of teeths and it was absolutely no pain experience. The doctor literally keep asking you at every step if you are fine or having any pain etc. They really make you very comfortable during the entire procedure.

But it was such a smooth procedure..every aspect of the clinic is worth appreciating,..the drs,their friendliness,the support staff ( girija..I think), the cleanliness of the space,the expertise and the quickness ,ease with which the process was completed....Dr.Sindhuri made me feel sooo comfortable..thanks a lot dr..

In fact, I visited Shakti Smile Craft Clinic, Bangalore on 10-3-2021 with an intention of filling of one of my upper tooth, which I got filled 4 years back, but now that filled cement broken gradually. But, on visiting after taking X-ray or my mouth and examination of my particular tooth, I'm given to understand that I require Root Canal Treatment. On the same day Antibiotics prescribed for 5 days and Root Canal Treatment procedure done in 2 sittings on 11th and 15th. Dr.Sindhuri is very polite and very efficient Doctor. She attended me very patiently. I didn't experience any sort of pain or inconvenience when Dr.Sindhuri attended me for cleaning and removing the infected part of tooth. Only taking measure of my tooth and fitting after receipt of the product is left. Throughout the process, Dr.Sindhuri was enquiring me very politely whether I have any pain. She is an asset of the Clinic and definitely brought recognition to the procession. Thank you Dr.Sindhuri. Very nice of you.

My problem with teeth infection has come down successfully. The team of Doctors@Sakthi Smile Craft are experts and taking care very well during the root canal process treatment.

When I had some pain in my teeth, Doctors suggested me to have frequent visits to assess my teeth recovery for further steps in the process.
