went to this doctor for my 2 year old toddler’s cavity pain. such an experienced doctor!!! very considerate about my daughter’s age was talking to her and distracting her and finished cleaning and filling the cavities within 1minute. **** ********* ******* * **** *********** ** **** felt very genuine and reliable even in this era.

The doctor was meticulous and helped me understand the issue and causes.

The procedure was also done very efficiently.

I had selected Dental 32 from practo reviews and user experiences.

Was having unbearable pain in tooth for last 1 week. Had a very helpful Whatsapp discussion with doctor before visit to clinic itself.

On arriving at clinic, was immediately attended and also given a pain killer to soothe my pain. Next day I had my Root canal in a single sitting in 20 mins.

Really shocked and surprised as it was not my first RCT.

But really the pain was gone forever , within a week my crown was also placed and all is fine now after a month also.

My honest feedback is I have got myself treated for dental problems with almost a dozen dental centres, corporate chains etc and even have got multiple root canals and crowns done.

But Dental 32 is THE BEST AND RELIABLE.

Utmost care is given based on patient problems and treatment advised.

Monday morning 6am I called a number on Google, out of desperation, i had sever tooth ache the entire night. The call was answered by Dr.Shilpa herself, immediately 9:30am appointment was decided and that morning I met the most genuine dentist through out banglore. The diagnosis was on point, the treatment very neat, i had time constraints but the doctor was punctual.

Doctor Shilpa was very quick and perfect in gaining the confidence of my kid (5.5 yrs) and was able to treat her with no hiccups. My kid was really very comfortable during her treatment and was well responding to suggestions from doctor. (I thought this would be the toughest part to get her treated for cavities and other issues ) Doctor explained the problem in much professional way and advised the various approaches to save my kids teeth. Doctor was very helpful in making me understand overview of the problem and in choosing the right solution for my kid. The cleanliness and hygiene procedures adopted in the clinic are highly appreciable during this Covid19 pandemic situation. UV Sterilization chamber takes care of their surgical equipment's for its hygiene and their staff was well trained in taking care of the treatment chair and other areas for its hygiene. Overall my daughter got the required treatment within time and it was a great experience overall. Once again A very BIG THANKS to doctor Shilpa for all her empathetic gestures and nice treatment to my kid.

Dr Shilpa is like a blessing for the tooth concerns our son had. We visited her for one concern but she figured root cause for the same. She analyzed and suggested solution for long term over cosmetic and short term solutions. Our son has been doing great since then. His confidence and overall charm is way higher than when we first visited her. All thanks to the doctor for such patience, kindness and friendly behavior towards kids. Our son was very comfortable with doctor in first instance and cooperated very well. Nonetheless, her knowledge and smile is limitless and can definitely fix your smile too. Strongly recommend her.
