I was a patient who was extremely sensitive and full of fears but these doctors handled me very patiently and made me comfortable to go ahead with the surgery. In order to correct my previous ongoing case I had to go with most procedures with Oralia- Fillings, extraction, scaling, Root canal, crown placement and implant , polishing. Thank you for giving me a brand new smile , I could never imagine the result would be so beautiful and perfectly aligned.

A few months ago, all four of my wisdom teeth started giving me pain and having me living with terrible headaches, pain while eating. I knew, I had to get my teeth extracted as all four of them were impacted, but I kept putting them off ( I have had bad experiences with dentists with a prior root canal)

I was also scared and anxious of how painful the whole process seemed and from what I was reading and hearing. The headaches and pain was getting debilitating affecting my energy levels and my mental health and so I got in touch with Oraliah, through a friend's referral.

An initial consult with their Doctor reassured me and put my mind to ease, being told that my procedure is a run of the mill extraction and that I'd be taken care of end- to- end reassured me that I was in good hands.

My teeth were extracted two at a time in two separate sittings with one follow up between the two procedures. I was given medication for pain management ( PHEW, I was really dreading all the pain that were to come) and open channels to communicate and reach out in case of any necessity.

My surgeons spoke me through the procedure and even cracked some jokes in the hope to get me to relax and lighten up. I was allowed to take breaks during the procedure to rest my jaw or to request more numbing agent if I was feeling pain midway.

I think my biggest boon was that i could advocate for myself, my pain levels were taken seriously and not dismissed, which is a huge green flag for me and I felt taken care of.
