I went to Shathayu Ayurveda Kalyan Nagar after losing all hopes from spine doctors who advised me surgery. I have cervical slip disc/ disc bulge with severe nerve compression and radiating pain and numbness to left hand. Dr. Amulya made a 14-days treatment plan for me with Greeva Basti and massage along with regular medications. The therapist Deepu is very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. The treatment helped me reduce the pain levels significantly and improved my neck strength. Both Dr. Amulya and therapist Deepu are very patient and treatment was very specific to my problems.
