I visited doctor for spondylosis, knee pain and neck stiffness.The doctor is highly skilled, soft spoken and clear in his communication .Through his counselling on various of my health issues, he could also feel that I was under stress.So He suggested both medical as well as lifestyle changes and even pursue a hobby to relieve stress .Since had muscular spasms, physiotherapy was advised. For knee pain he explained how cycling or swimming for 20mins everyday will be a boon. Would highly recommend 👍👍👍
