Dear Mrs Sharad , both your PFT done two days apart reveal the same finding of airway obstruction "with no bronchodilator reversibility "in major airways and both reports are valid as each PFT has in bullt test acceptability criteria and reports are generated only after meeting these criteria. No bronchodilator reversibility " technically means no response to the bronchodilator medicine during the test and in no way means your breathing pipe has shrunken permanently( as perceived by you ) that is why appropriate medicines were prescribed and a repeat PFT was asked only after course of treatment is over. PFT done on separate occasions would have minor differences as it is a dynamic test and these differences should not be interpreted as test fallacy . I would have been happy to clarify your doubts regarding these medical technical words . Anyways , wishing you good health in future .
