Dr. Ruchi Rajput

The best thing that I liked about Dr.Ruchi is that she explains every medicine that she gives, and why she gave them. She prescribes minimum medicine and focuses on curing us in the best possible way. I've been visiting her since 2021 and I'm very thankful to her for all the care and cure that she gave not just to me but my family as well.

She treated very nicely and explanation is nice ..! Gave limited medicines

Yet to finalize after using medicines we have to visit after 10days ..! Let's see wheather our issue will get resolved or not

Got relief for my headache which was bothering me for months...

I was suffering from tonsil cyst, so I decided to consult a doctor as everyone do and I used practo to search a good ENT specialist near by my location and thanks to Practo I got to know about such a qualified doctor Ruchi Rajput, with good ratings and reviews, so as every normal person would do I booked an appointment, after booking an appointment I got a call from Pristyn care and that was a preliminary call where he asked about my problem and the wierd thing is that he started explaining me about my disease over the phone though he was not a doctor I don't know from where he got so much knowledge that he asked me to visit a doctor tomorrow by saying that it might be a cancer and doctor might suggest you a surgery. And it happen, next day I visited doctor and I was lucky that it wasn't a cancer and that doctor told me that It was a tonsil cyst and I should remove it immediately, otherwise this will create problem for me in future and she suggested tonsillactomy, a surgery and while asking about expenses for the surgery she predicted by herself that I am a techie and I should definitely have a facility of medical insurance as every techie have and then she started running behind my medical insurance by saying that you don't have to do anything just give your insurance no. To the person, and the person was the same who called me just one day before after booking an appointment name Trimaan and definitely how can I forgot him as he has given me such a good advice by saying that it might be a cancer without diagnosis and this person was also calling me during my treatment hour also and I didn't receive as it was an unknown no. After calling back I got to know that it was a same person Trimaan and it's a feedback call, though I was not satisfied with the doctor I decided to take time but this person was continuously calling me and finally I clearly said that I am not ready for surgery now. The doctor was kind & patiently addressed our concerns. Definitely recommend her to everyone.

One thing, they do not accept cards due to airport network jam issue.

Visited for my mother, not only Dr was calm throughout the session, he gave time to understand and listen the issue carefully. She also helped address issues that led us have the need to visit Dr but also carefully explained precautions. She also helped in busting a myth that usually the ear piece provider scare patients. Towards the end while we were leaving, it was pouring very heavy and my car was parked on the opposite side of the clinic. The staff was showed humanity to drop me and my mother with an umbrella and return back to her work. Kudos to the Dr and equally to the grounded staff they have at the clinic.

Dr. Ruchi Rajput carried out my tonsillectomy. I would like to share that it actually brought me relief and now I can eat whatever I want without a sore throat. Tonsillities troubled me for 2 years and no medicines provided permanent relief. My cousin had taken me to Dr. Ruchi at Pristyn care clinic. ** ********* *** *** **** ********* *** I could go home on the same day after the treatment. Pristyn care staff handled all the paper work and formality. I only had to focus on receving the treatment and I am more than happy for choosing Pristyn Care.

Dr Ruchi is an amazing person I had a really good experience talking with Dr Ruchi so I contacted Dr Ruchi for my throat problem I had this problem from past four days and I was not able to get out of it though I was taking some tablets which I had in my house but it was not solving my problem that’s where I contacted Dr Ruchi through Practo And Dr Ruchi solve it like magic I mean she gave tablet she gave antibiotics she gave medicines and she listen to my problem with great patience and then she prescribed all the medicines to me and it was solved within 2 to 3 days

Dr. Ruchi is amazing. I had severe ear pain and had taken many antibiotics as prescribed by another doctor whom I had first visited. I was in pain for more than a month and had completely lost all my hopes from my previous doctor. Thank God I visited Dr. Ruchi. She didn't prescribe me any antibiotics. She suggested some activities for my sinus and had given me an eardrop. And in a week, I was feeling so much better. I am very grateful to her.
