I work with Dr. Rakesh in Smilecraft Dental Studio as a Doctor. So far it's a wonderful learning experience and he follows standard procedure for treating every patient. Protocol for treating every patient is decided after complete examination of the mouth. Dr. Rakesh believes communication and trust is very important to build a rapport between a doctor and a patient. Hence, every other procedure is explained to the patient completely before planning the procedure. So, patients are very well aware of the procedure before they take an appointment.

I feel patience is the most important quality which every doctor should have because any patient who walks into the clinic generally have lot of queries and thoughts which they want to convey to the doctor and in this regard Dr. Rakesh tops the list when it comes to patience.

Hygiene and sterilization of the instruments are given primary importance.

Awesome Dentist Dr. Rakesh is very professional and straight forward of what needs to be done . He explained the entire procedure. He was very gentle and kind before ,during and after procedure. The procedure was really painless .The entire team was exceptional with the entire process . I would highly recommend Dr. Rakesh to all my friends and family

The doctor took x-ray and explained the whole procedure in detail with computerised graphics in the first meeting. Also, during the treatment sessions, he took multiple x-rays until he was satisfied with the results but didn't charge us for them. Was always courteous and answered our questions frankly and in a friendly manner. I been to smilecraft recently for a RCT. There was no waiting time for me as I got prior appointment.Treatment was really good. Dr.Rakesh explained me the issues and suggested which treatment should be better for me. I got a cap for my RCT and it was a perfect fit. Dcotor took all precautions including PPE's to ensure that there will not be any infection

My badly damaged and infected tooth was saved by root canal process. The treatment was as per the latest procedures in the industry. I am now relieved of my pain and satisfied with the treatment. During the process doctor explained the many benefits of root canal treatment process. The nerve and pulp are removed from inside of the tooth by a painless process and cleaned and sealed.

Absolutely brilliant service from Dr Rakesh. He was incredibly friendly and made sure that I knew what was happening every step of the way before commencing any treatment . He made sure I was aware of any cost. I would 100% recommend this dental clinic to all .🙂

It was a wonderful experience visiting Smilecraft dental studio for my dental problem. Dr and staff was polite n friendly and explained the problem and the process and cost it would take to rectify the problem.
