I work with Dr. Rakesh in Smilecraft Dental Studio as a Doctor. So far it's a wonderful learning experience and he follows standard procedure for treating every patient. Protocol for treating every patient is decided after complete examination of the mouth. Dr. Rakesh believes communication and trust is very important to build a rapport between a doctor and a patient. Hence, every other procedure is explained to the patient completely before planning the procedure. So, patients are very well aware of the procedure before they take an appointment.

I feel patience is the most important quality which every doctor should have because any patient who walks into the clinic generally have lot of queries and thoughts which they want to convey to the doctor and in this regard Dr. Rakesh tops the list when it comes to patience.

Hygiene and sterilization of the instruments are given primary importance.
