It's true that the receptionist knew only kannada, since most of our patients are kannada speaking. Hence it works for us.

When it comes to practo service, that day was our first day of using Practo for booking online consultation. I never come to AV Hospital at 4 pm, then how an appointment can be given at that time. My consultation timing at that place is usually 5.30 pm. However I apologise if you had to wait, because many patients were already waiting before your arrival.
