He trained in internal medicine from the University of Cardiff leading to the award of MRCP. He then went on to do training in Clinical Oncology, a combined training program in Radiation and Medical Oncology. He completed the 5 years training program in 2004 leading to the award of FRCR from the Royal College of Radiologist. He was accepted to the post of Consultant Clinical Oncologist at The Royal Wolverhampton NHS trust. During his tenure he held many responsible positions including Clinical Director of the Department of Oncology and Hematology, Royal college tutor for medicine & Clinical Oncology. He also served as the lead for clinical audit.Dr. Prakash specializes in delivering Radiotherapy & Chemotherapy for solid tumors. His research interest is in the field of breast, head, neck & urological cancers.
