My inlaws had fever for 3 days for which regular fever medication was done as per general physian prescription, after 3 days fever subsided but tiredness & weakness in body parts continued.

Pulse Oximeter was used to check their Oxygen saturation which was 93% & 94% for which the same doctor suggested blood tests & CT scan.

I got their Blood Test reports but we were a bit sceptical about CT scan so we decided to have a second opinion.

I had contact of Dr Nirupama Bhat so i directly contacted her and forwarded her blood reports. After studying she immediately suggested to get the RT-PCR test done so as to confirm the covid infection if any and later depending on regular oxygen saturation levels inspection and RT-PCR result CT scan be opted for, she also prescribed 10 day course ayurvedic medicines & 2 hourly steam inhalation .

Within 2 days RT-PCR result was positive for both of them but their condition had already begun to improve since the onset of medicine course and their oxygen saturation levels had also improved to 96%,

So she suggested CT scan wasn't necessary & to continue the same medication till completion of the course.

After completion of the course their oxygen saturation levels were at 98% and they were almost normal.

Now 2nd medication course has been started and patients are getting better and normal day by day

I’m writing this note with lots of happiness and gratitude for Dr. Nirupama Bhat who has handled my concern of delayed periods ( due to hormonal imbalances).

Patience is something which we don’t happen to see in doctors most commonly these days but I’m so glad that I happened to consult this doctor who explained the situation so well and also prescribed the right medication which fixed my issue like magic!!
