I am visiting this doctor for the 2nd time, my father in law is suffering from lower back pain. The doctor was good and gave good advice and treatment.

However I would was not happy with how consultations and appointments are handled here. Doctor was in a surgery and late by 40 mins. The staff here can atleast look into the appointments and call the pat***t and inform doctor will be late so that we can plan the visit accordingly. But the staff is constantly on phone calls and least bothered about the handling of appointments.

I was asked to get an X-Ray and when we returned after 20 mins the doctor was not at the clinic and again we had to wait for another 30 mins.

The punch line is not what we experienced.
