Booked appointment online for 12.pm. Hospital says come 30 minutes early.

Heard me for 2 minutes and said 'we need to do an examination. please go to procedure room'. That's the last I saw him.

The people in the procedure room did not know why I had come. They could not find Dr Bharat. I had to tell them. The doctor in the procedure room did not complete the examination for some reason he could not explain. And then he wrote prescription for some medicines. That's it. 500 rupees. 2 hours.

2 minutes with the doctor I came to see.

Really poor on part of Sakra and the doctor.

I expect doctor to be there for the exam, or atleast meet me with the report and have a discussion. That's how it is in every other hospital.

Is Sakra going to make good? Let's see.

He will answer politely at times but if you ask a few extra questions, his tone changes and he may answer rudely. All depends on his mood perhaps. For me, the problem was not cured at all. This is after doing all the tests prescribed which cost me around 20k. I think this is my general experience in Sakra where the first thing doctors ask is to get some expensive test done but the root cause will be unknown even after the tests. Dont recommend Sakra in general.
