We went to have my mother evaluated as she was under a lot of duress with headache, body ache, chest pain, and diarrhoea symptoms. My mother had been suffering for entire night, and we decided to visit the doctor in morning. This was our first visit to the Dr, and both my sister, I and mom had the same first impression:- This is what a Dr should be. Very patient in listening to my mother's concerns, taking all history of medications, suggesting the right approach, and just being comforting. We were totally taken aback with the positive experience, and we will definitely now have a new general physician for our family needs. Many thanks Dr, and hope my mother feels better now.

Consulted with Dr. Lakshmi when I and my family tested positive for Covid. She listened to all pur problems patiently, gave us only the required medicines and reassured us that there is nothing to worry.

I had got covid during my first trimester of pregnancy in mid of May. We consulted 2 physicians and it was not of much help to me. Finally, I took a video consultation with Dr.Lakshmi. She gave me the proper medication at right time for covid. After i recovered from covid, I went to my gynaecologist for further pregnancy checkups. Doctor is a senior doctor, friendly explained the issue well. The diagnosis is done well, and I would definitely recommend the doctor to anyone. We had booked through Practo App. The only thing not good was the lack of medicine available in the in-house pharmacy. Rest all good about the clinic too.
