My Problems:

For the past seven years, I have suffered from heartburn, belching, and reflux. Despite daily use of PPIs, my endoscopy and scans consistently showed normal results, and a full-body check-up revealed no issues. Additionally, I have experienced intermittent sleeping problems over the past two years. I consulted numerous well-known gastroenterologists, both locally and in Australia, but found no relief. I also tried various alternative medicines, all to no avail. While PPIs managed only my heartburn, my digestion did not improve, and I continued to struggle with belching and reflux, which caused significant discomfort. My dependence on PPIs was a constant concern.

My Lifestyle:

I am a teetotaller, abstaining from tea and coffee. I practice yoga, meditation, exercise regularly, and enjoy running and fast walking.
