I visited for hair fall control treatment. With the doctor's explanation, I learned about the causes of problems. I was told that oil content and dandruff is the major cause of hair fall. For which I was expecting the prescription of shampoo or oil kind of things. Instead, I was suggested for tablet intake till one year. Since my problems were not that hectic, I didn't want to take any internal medications. So I didn't continue the treatment. But the overall consultation was helpful. The service provided is good.

Previously it was with my cousin, I visited Dr. Batra's at Indiranagar for his skin disorders..
Dr. Jyothi gave a patient hearing to my list of complaints, in turn asked certain questions, I answered all her queries to the best of her satisfaction.. she took note analysed, checked my BP & had a preliminary lung action test done.. The doctor was rather warm & cordial in her approach, I was pretty comfortable discussing health issues with her. conversation, suggested me cost effective plans of treatment for my health management & well-being. I am happy on my first visit & would be glad to pursue treatment at Dr. Batra's.. I have good confidence on Dr. Jyothi & Homeopathy treatment to my health issues.
I have very bad experience. Time slot mentioned I have selected time and I reach there no proper response. Thy don't have value of patients. If doc nt available in time slot thn y thy r accepting appointment. Very bad experience. I never ever go again
In a while back, I visited this clinic for my hair consultation. After examining and discussing the problems, they introduced me to their treatment packages. But I think those were too expensive and quite difficult to go for it blindly. So I am not very happy with the experience.
I just went for a normal consultation but didn't undergo any treatment. The doctor approached me nicely and explained the detailed analysis of the issues. Also, I got complete cooperation from the supportive team. It was a very good experience entirely.
Dr. Batra's is giving absolutely very good service. I was out of town and I was not able to take sessions for almost a month. But they are still keeping their follow up and tracking my course. Dr. Jyothi Kadkol is an approachable person. She explains everything about the process. I am satisfied with the so far treatment obtained.
