Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Himani Indeewar were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Himani really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as showed me the inner ear through the camera when my treatment was finished. I am fully satisfied with her service.I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. Keeping pandemic in mind,I would like to mention that the clinic was following all the protocols laid for Covid.

I could not meet the doctor. She was not there, and I just waited for 30 minutes and left. The clinic was not clean, and even the staff were not wearing masks properly. Some were not even earing masks. It was a very unsafe and unclean environment, and carried a potential danger to the visitor.

I was not alerted that the doctor was not available. I have met her before and I believe she is an excellent doctor.

I have visited for the first time to treat my ear pain.Dr.himani was neatly explained the problem ,friendly and finally she removed ear wax in my both the ears without getting pain. I recommend her 100%. Thank you so much mam

I went to the Doctor for my mother's hearing review. Doctor examined my mother's ears very carefully and explained possible causes of hearing problem. Doctor took time to explain how the entire hearing system works to pin point the main root cause. At the same time, Doctor made sure that my mother does not feel she has any serious problem.Doctor was extremely friendly. I will recommend her to anyone.

Just made the visit. Yet to start the treatment. But so far, very friendly, very prompt and solution oriented.

Today afternoon I had an appointment with the doctor. I was fairly surprised by the quality of service I received. Mostly doctors spend a min or two with you, and quickly get you a prescription. But Himani sat through, listened to everything I had to say. She dint come to a quick conclusion. Diagnosed the issue after multiple tests. And gave me the ***** treatment I needed to take. It was more neural than a normal ENT. She was extremely professional, explained in detail and provided the care necessary.

She has explained what is causing the symptoms and prescribed medicines, will need to wait and see the results

Explained the root cause of my Ear problem, Took extra time to explain don's and dont's to get my ear infection cleared.

Doctor was Very Specific and Able to Explain me the Nuances that i am facing with Snoring.. I wish I could've stayed back in Bengaluru for further treatment.. but owing to my work preferences, i have to go back to Indore.
