Dr Grishma is extremely patient to listen to the problem. She then does a thorough examination and then accordingly starts the treatment. My shoulder and knee pain has improved significantly since I started treatment at her clinic. I was mostly impressed by the range of exercises she has for all types of pains. She gives personal attention to each an every patient. She is very much approachable through phone. Also there is not much of waiting time if you have appointment. I would highly recommend her.

I had twisted my ankle while playing and the pain continued to increase day by day. I consulted my regular orthopedic who suggested me to take some physiotherapy session which I was not convinced off due to my past experience. still I found Dr. Grishma from Practo and went to her. She patiently heard my concern and explained what could be the reasons for my pain and how I can overcome them. we started sessions and exercise. I could feel great difference within 4-5 sessions. it had been great experience and would definitely refer her.

I am in my last phase of rehabilitation and I must say the therapy has been excellent. I had met with an accident a couple of months ago and had torn my ligaments. When I went for physiotherapy, I couldn't walk properly at all. The treatment started with ultrasound and few easy exercises. Grishma is a very friendly doctor who listens patiently to all your problems and gives you the reason and solution for it in simple medical terms which you will understand. Apart from exercises, she will also give you that positivity and confidence which will heal you even more quickly. I strongly recommend her. Five stars to her.

Dr Grishma and her accomplice Dr Lata diagnosed my back sprain issue well and gave physiotherapy and stretches that brought down the pain in 3 days. They listen patiently to the patients problem, diagnose and explain the overall procedure and the course of action so that patients are well aware of their medical situation.

My wife’s treatment for paralysis with Dr Grishma started about month and a half back. During this period due to the dedicated and tireless effort of Dr Grishma, there has been a phenomenal improvement in her physical state. Also due to the doctor’s motivation and encouragement there has also been a marked improvement in her mental state as well. Hope to see my wife up and running soon!!
