The reception staff is utterly unprofessional and untrained. Patients will definitely switch to other clinics/doctors if the current staff is retained or not upskilled. The doctor being good wouldn't matter. The doctor is friendly and prescribes customised solutions for each patient.One observation: The medicines prescribed are usually available only at the clinic's pharmacy. Kindly prescribe more readily available medicines.
