Nothing is organized. Even after appointment booking at Sakra, you are made to go there in person stand in 2 separate queues - 1 for payment after getting token and then again just keep sitting outside the doctor's chamber with total disregard to the fact - you already took an appointment. Waited there for 2 hours till 12:30 pm before I met doctor. Doctor wasn't even willing to hear the issue for my underarm itching and burning, but rushing to her conclusion and asking for laser removal of adjoining skin tags as a universal solution, which otherwise were totally harmless and not bothering me at all. In 2nd half she asked me to come at 3:00 PM , while she wasn't back till 4:10 PM, which her assistant nurses said is her usual time. Then 1 nurse, confused asked me - how many tags I want to remove, my answer whatever cures my itchiness underarm. She went back to doctor and asked me again how many skin tags I have, I didn't knew surely they must very small with count of 9-10, she came back asking to pay 4k. The person taking the payment himself was confused on how to charge 4k for a procedure of 2k, he had to run around through few people, and somehow doubled up the procedure. Now at 5:30 pm, doctor citing huge queue of patients, rushed through the laser within minutes, and asked me to continue applying some cream, no explanation at all. Very unprofessional. Asked me to visit after a week, and after going there after a week, she asks I should have visited earlier, where she was actually on leave all the while and no appointment was been given. To which Doctor says - even after appointment being denied I should have walked-in and that people wait for her multiple days and come from far off places. Will never visit the doctor - very unprofessional, totally disappointed
