On the day of the discharge,7the April evening, I told them to send the CC machine to the 2nd floor on Sparsh infantry ,for payment of the excess amount, but they did NOT. I,78 years old and having had a surgery just the day before,6the April, had to make the journey to the ground floor,pay and again return to 2nd floor for final discharge.This is highly inappropriate,insensitive and callous behaviour on the part of the accounts deptt. Some action should be taken to the people in there with intimation to me ,otherwise Sparsh will remain just another average Indian hospital. Thank you k.b.sinha
