We went to manipal when my daughter nishika had multiple seizures and in emergency. She took immediate action and treatment started in few hours. She explained us the treatment plan and she listened to all our queries and explained details about the issue.. it's been 6 months with the doctor my daughter is perfectly fine as her continuous guidance and treatment plan cured my daughter illness.. Blessed to meet such good doctor whose main aim is to "no child should suffer".Her motto towards childs treatment and wellness is outstanding.everyone please consult this doctor for pediatric neurological issues as her knowledge on issues is vast and she treat according to the disease.she won't give unnecessary medicine if it's not required. Our daughter unfortunately had seizures was admitted in a different hospital and we were referred to Dr usha after discharge.First meeting with her itself was awesome.She is very precise and clear in her approach.Great explanation with no false information. We were given complete insight into problems .She discussed in detail about the medication .Been 2 years now since we are seeing her and our daughter is completely fine .It's really a pleasure to see such doctors nowadays whom kids can consider as role model.She is highly inspirational to kids

We are Extremely happy and grateful to her for taking care of our Daughter
our child was noticed to have certain movements and difficulty in walking . We had consulted quite a few doctors prior to visiting her . She was referred by our Pediatrician . We immediately booked an appointment and visited her . First impression itself was very pleasant. she is highly profession and very composed person. She made us feel very comfortable. Doctor is highly respectful for her patients . She very clearly listened to us and went through all the tests which were done . She spoke to the child and child was also allowed to express herself. We were really amazed with her approach . Very rarely we had seen doctors being so Methodical. She is quite friendly with kids and our child soon felt very comfortable with her and started expressing her problems. Later she checked the child completely . She very clearly explained to us as what could be the possible reasons for the problems. We did few tests which were suggested . Again very clearly explained the reasoning for doing the test. We did MRI Brain at Hospital .Medicines were started . A detailed description of medicines and possible side effects were mentioned too.
She is very transparent and clear in her approach. Doesnt promise false outcomes and results . Medicines were started . We are also getting regular Physiotherapy at Hospital as suggested by Doctor .We have come for regular follow ups . Our child slowly has shown tremendous improvement. Every visit she speaks to the child as well to know the progress and issues. Slowly all the problems were taken care off and child is able to walk well now with no abnormal movements .Medicines have been slowly taken off and stopped now. Our child is back to what she was before .
We were very worried about our child but the way Dr Usha has managed her is highly commendable . Our Daughter will be looking forward to meet her . Feels very happy to see such doctors who are Highly Professional , Young and friendly . She is an Inspiration to kids . Our daughter says she would want to be like her .

We are very Grateful and Glad that we could meet up with Pediatric Neurologist Dr Usha Mallinath . our child who was all well was suddenly not walking and was admitted at 2 different hospitals and was seen by Pediatric Neurologist as well . child didnt show any improvement and hence upon one of my friend’s suggestion who had good experience for their child with Dr Usha we visited Dr usha Mallinath at Manipal Hospital .
we were very much impressed by the way she dealt with out child . Highly Professional and a very transparent person in her approach .She took complete input from us and child was completely examined . we were amazed the way she was talking and dealing with child in that critical situation too . That was a positive reinforcement for our son . we were given ample information about the condition , the possible causes and need to do relevant investigations. we followed all her advice .
There is so much thought process involved that Doctor was so mindful that all these were not discussed in the presence of child so that child is not affected Psychologically
She used to check the child regularly and update us about the condition . we were given all the information about the medications being used .Treatment was started and to our surprise the child showed tremendous improvement and started walking slowly and after 3 days child started walking .
She is a doctor with Integrity and Professionalism . She gives good insight into the problem and there is no false information . This really helps to cope up with situation .

We consulted doctor for out 8 month babies weird head drop. Doc explained very well and suggested video EEG . It turned out to be normal and habbit should go away by its own. We were extremely worried but doc diagnosed really quick and well.

We would like to express our Gratitude and are Highly Thankful to have met Dr Usha Mallinath . our child was in a critical situation and upon visiting two hospitals in Kolar we were told that child is critical and would need a specialist Pediatric Neurologist care . We immediately got our son to Manipal Hospital . Our child was not in his senses , disoriented and had significant headache . He was admitted at Pediatric Intensive care under Dr Usha Mallinath. All relevant investigations were done and treatment was started soon . we were regularly updated about reports , clinical condition of child and treatment .
Dr Usha is such a wonderful Doctor . She is so professional and practical . She used to examine the child completely daily and make changes as needed. we were updated daily on child progress and treatment plan . Our child started recognizing us in 2 days and soon headache resolved and all other problems too. Unfortunately he had severe Brain infection .She made a diagnosis in 2 days and all appropriate medications were commenced on timely basis . No tests were done without informing us and she would explain to us the need for test and possible side effects too. She is very clear and transparent in her explanation . She gives clear picture of problem .Overall Excellent care provided by the doctor .
She is so good with kids , our child started talking to her next day and would express what he is going through . She is an inspiration and Role model for Kids .

We have been consulting Dr Usha Mallinath since long time.we are extremely greatful for her treatment .our child had a complex problem and had stopped talking and had multiple fits .we had consulted quite a few doctors at our place but not much improvement. She was suggested to us by one of her patients and we immediatly came to Bangalore .She is very sharp in identifying problems .she went to the depth of issue .we did few tests and the problem was identified .She would explain us in detail possible causes and Why there is a need to do a particular test .she also explains in detail about medications and possible side effects and benefits .Good part is she gives exact picture with no false information or false hopes .

Wonderful care provided by Dr Usha . we were refered by our Pediatrician to consult her . our child had seizures and was put on lot medicines by adult Neurologist and still there was no imporvement .
