my doctor was not available when I reached the clinic.instead the clinic asked me to take appointment with other doctor. it is very inconvenient for the patient if the schedule doctor is not available at the time of visit as the patient specifically take time out of his busy schedule to see the doctor.I understand that doctors are also human they can be late or do not come to clinic. just asking if he or she is not available just inform the patient regarding the same.All of the chosen options are filled as they were mandatory.

This appointment was covered under Practo Prime but at the end I was not able to consult the doctor with whom I had booked my appointment with.Also it showed that all practo prime appointments ate charged flat 550 Rs but I was charged 600 by the clinic.Would like you to look into the matter.
