After starting the regime, I have reduced 9 kgs in two months. Also, my energy level has gone considerably high and my sugar level has come down to normal. Now I feel more healthy, younger and energetic. I was suffering from back pain due to being overweight before I started the regime and now it has significantly reduced. Planning to continue for another one more month to see more changes in me.
