Dear Mr. Prasad, I remember explaining that pain killers are usually avoided in the pregnancy except in extreme situations and so I am prescribing only Paracetamol only and for this when your wife asked is it fine to have. To this I have replied in lighter vein “You are my patient and your welfare is priority to me” . And you have conveniently not mentioned my analogy of “Healthy soil is required for a healthy plant to grow”. The context is to say that Mother’s welfare is more important not only the unborn fetus.
