the wait time was very long. that too I have booked the appointment at 5.15pm. But when I got my turn it was 6.45pm.. I came to check up for mymother (65+) a senior citizen. She has to wait so long just to get a normal eye checkup.

I agree its a Saturday and that many patients will come. in that case the clinic should reduce the number of appointments given or should already tell 15-20 mins before to the patient of how much time its going to take to get his/her turn.. Giving so many appointment and asking patients to wait for > 1 hr .. Also for senior citizens clinic should give preference also.

Had a bad experience with Dr. T R Ravi. We took a child for a thorough eye-checkup, and this doctor was recommended by acquaintances. This doctor is unfriendly, unsympathetic and extremely haughty. He responded to many of our questions with 'I cannot answer that, I cannot project, How can I know!?' When we asked about eye exercises, his reply was 'If exercises helped, I'd simply make and sell leaflets', OR "I'd make better profits selling carrots!' He was sarcastic with his replies. Most doctors smile and try to make kid-patients comfortable, not Dr. T R Ravi. His attendant too was impatient and would not be gentle while putting eye-drops. They all just wanted to generate a number and push us out. Eye-power number can be generated at any optical shop these days, and we had sought out Dr. Ravi for specialized, expert opinion.

We came off bitterly disappointed. Would strongly NOT recommend.
