Dr. TM Raghu

The very good thing about this doctor is he spends enough time to understand the patients problem which is the most vital thing for any person who is in need of a good psychiatrist. He tries to understands the root cause of the problem rather than just the symptoms. He asks enough questions for the patients to open up and describe their problems. I have the confidence that I went to the right person who diagnosed the problem correctly. I would recommend him for all the time, patience and concern he has towards his patients,

I had been consulting Dr TM Raghu for past 21 months. I am giving this feedback ** * ***** **** ***** ******** **** ** ** ******* I was with him for 21 months ******* *** ******** **** ******* *** ** ** *** * **** ********** ** ********** First I would like to mention that Dr TM Raghu doesn't values his patient time. He is always more than 1 hour late for schedule appointment. During appointment also he never gives his undivided attention to patient as he keeps answering his phone calls in between discussion. On my first visit he charged me 1000 Rs as consultation charge without giving any bill. which is same as on practo. On my second visit he charged me Rs 2000 as consultation charge without giving any bill. on my third visit and onwards he charged me 1500 Rs consultation charge some of which was less than 30 minutes. After my third visit I realized that his consultation fee is Rs 1500 and without informing me why he had charged RS 500 extra on my 2nd visit. Dr Raghu never provides any bills or invoice for medication and consultation charge. Second thing is that on my last visit to him I was so fed up with him as I had to wait 3 and 1/2 hours. so I decided to leave him finally and try another doctor. Dr Raghu feels that his consultation fees Rs 1500 is very less for his patients but he doesn't realize that with so much delay in attending patients *** ** ****** *********** this charge is too high. I had visited him 12 times and now I've decided to find another doctor who values other patients time and money.

The appointment was at 7:30 PM. So here are the things that happen. I reached the place at 7.35PM. The clinic when I reached was dark, I mean no lights, no one on the reception. Looked to be abandoned. So we called the doctor to make sure we reached the correct place. We had reached the right place and the doctor informed he is running late as well and he will reach in another 5-10 minutes. Another 10 minutes pass by waiting in the dark no light clinic and a man (probably the receptionist/care taker) comes in and switches on the lights and fan on request. Another 15 minutes pass and it was 5 past 8 already. Wasting almost 30 minutes in an abandoned clinic I decided to wait no more. Left the clinic with no consultation done. Kind suggestion, please don't give out appointment at times where you would not be able to make it. Please value your potential patient's time.

Sir will listen the issues with lot of patience. he understood very well about what I am going through. We need to take lot more counselling sessions from him so that I can see the changes in all the aspects. I feel if any problems it's nothing wrong to expect help from the experienced person. After I met him,I got a hope that Dr will bring little change in our life.

Very considerate about his patients and give proper time to understand problem from root before diagnosing the problem. Very approachable doctor. His treatment is also well titrated to patient need. I am writing this because my close relative is under his care from last 6 years.

Dr. Raghu was very easy to talk to and asked in detail about my problems. Then the course of action he suggested has helped me immensely. I've been consulting him for the past 6 months and I have seen very significant improvements in my condition. Highly recommended.

He is very much cooperative , not like other doctor who will not listen any thing and prescribe medicines .in first visits only he gave 1 hr time to understand my issues before prescribing medicine .

Doctor was more busy with his mobile phone than patient and he was minutes late. There was no recipients , one person who was taking care of the patient. We reached early to the Clinic so that we don't miss our appointment, but he was keep was saying Doctor is coming for 20 minutes. Doctor was more busy on his mobile and he never missed any call while attending the patient.
