First take on Dr - 8-10years back ,had visited for my aunt in a very small clinic indianagar operated by Dr and his wife - Sujaya.They were humble and we had some satisfaction visiting the doctor and
2020 - Visted Dr almost 6 times for my Father since he had fallen and we wanted to get him check that they were no issues escpecially on head
1st Bad expereince - After visiting 1st Month ,2nd Month for same tablets different dosage they charge huge amount just to get prescription added with extra MG for same medicine
2nd - we call the Dr ****** ********* ***** **** **** **** ******* *we need to speak and the call is answered by someone and we get a link asking for payment to be done

My dad was suffering from recurring and incessant vomiting and giddiness for more than 4 months. Doctors treated him for multiple issues like acid reflux, high BP etc. But to no avail. I got him admitted to CMH where his MRI was done and doctor Swaroop was kind enough to come and check on his reports. He was very swift in action and got him admitted to Sakra under his care immediately. Second day his surgery was performed to remove the cystic lesion from the brain and dad was discharged in 2 days time. He's recovering well now and eating properly after 4 months.
All in all would 10/10 recommend Doctor for any neuro related issue, and I feel extremely lucky to have found him just in time. His calm demeanor and patience to reply to all the queries is rare these days. I wish more people get the help they need in the safe (arguably safest) hands of Doctor Swaroop

Though the doctor is very good and genuine.. The receptionists at the clinic are unorganised and don't advise the patients about any delay due to doctor and always tell there was an emergency... (We heard same being told to another patient who came for another doctor). There is no use scheduling an appointment here as doctors will be late and management is chaotic.. Receptionist needs to be changed or management should improve the scheduling and appointments to make it easier for patients, who travel from a far off place..
